Anju Bhattacharya

Anju Bhattacharya is an attorney with over 40 years of experience in a wide range of practice areas. She has been in active practice in Supreme Court, Delhi High Court and judicial Tribunals. Her area of specialization include Constitutional law, Administrative law and Commercial law. She joined chamber of Mr. V. P Singh Senior Advocate in 1983 and trained under him. Served as the Additional Standing Counsel for Government of NCT of Delhi and represented many Govt. departments including Delhi Police, Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Department of Education, Department of Public Distribution etc. In 2021 she is empanelled as an Arbitrator with Delhi International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).

Currently, she is Legal Advisor to National Consumer Co-operative of India Ltd. and Delhi State Co-operative Bank , Delhi State Consumers Cooperative Federation Ltd. and is presently on the senior panel of Delhi State Civil Supplies Corporation Ltd, FCI and National Horticultural Research & Development Foundation. She was a Legal Advisor to Modern Food Industries and Delhi State Civil Supplies Corporation in the past. This is besides various individual and private company clients including HCL, Punj Sons , NFL, Vipps India and Synergy Consultants.

Nandita Chandra

Nandita Chandra joined law practice in 1983 and worked in the office of Khaitan and Company followed by Chandra and Chandra where her areas of practice were civil, family/matrimonial matters and conveyancing. She extensively advises clients on a broad spectrum of civil matters and has experience in appearing before various Courts and Tribunals.

Ashwal Vadhera

Ashwal Vadhera has been practising law since 1991 and has been trained under Senior Advocate Arun Mohan. He has experience and sound exposure in the field of litigation and has been appearing before the Supreme Court, Delhi HIgh Court, District Court and various Tribunals.

He has advised and handled work for Bechtel, Jet Airways and other PSUs. He has experience in matters relating to commercial law, corporate law and property law.

Abhimanyu Singh Khatri

Abhimanyu Singh Khatri has been practising law since 2014 with an extensive experience in Land Acquisition laws, Land Revenue laws, Consolidation Laws, Land Ceiling laws and Zamindari Abolition laws. He has been representing corporate groups, individuals and authorities before the Supreme Court, High Court and various other Courts and Tribunals.

In addition to litigation and dispute resolution, he has been advising clients on various issues pertaining to real estate and property laws.

Suriti

Suriti is an alumnus of Gujarat National Law University and has been practising law since 2016. She has worked in law firms previously and has extensive experience in civil, arbitration, general corporate, debt recovery, MSME Act and insolvency matters. She also has experience handling corporate advisory matters. She excels at legal research and drafting and has presented her work at many reputed conferences and workshops.

She takes keen interest in environmental matters and has also served on a Rajya Sabha TV Panel regarding the importance of environmental laws in India.

Abhishek Singh

Abhishek Singh has been practicing law since 2020 and has experience appearing before the High Court and City Civil Courts. He has a well rounded practice in advising clients across a range of matters pertaining to civil and criminal law.

Vinod Fulara

Vinod Fulara has been practicing law and has experience in Labour Law, Negotiable Instrument Act, Hindu and Family laws , MSMED Act and Motor Vehicles Act appearing before the High Court of Delhi, High Court of Uttarakhand, City Civil Courts, Cooperative Tribunals and Facilitation Councils in Delhi. He has a well rounded practice in advising clients across a range of matters pertaining to civil and criminal law.
